In the meantime, I recommend to look at Heather Baker's book "Home Birth On Your Own Terms" 
It has an excellent section on prenatal care, as well as helpful information on unassisted home birth in general.
(The second edition is out now, as of Dec 30th, 2020, and contains an extra 88 pages based off freebirther feedback!)
