Positive Birth Affirmations
You may like to draw or print out some positive affirmations to hang in your birth space to remind you of how awesome you are in labour!
Pinterest has some pretty images you can download or use as inspiration, or for a shortcut you can purchase cards off Etsy.
Your birth partner/s can say them to you in labour to help encourage you.
You could also use a digital photo frame scrolling through your favourites, or have someone read this list to you off their phone.
