An affirmation should fit what you need to affirm, addressing particular concerns or worries you may have. Consider making your own affirmations. Start with an active statement, such as:

My mind is open to

I release (worry, self-doubt, fear, anxiety)
My body is (strong, capable, ready, healthy, healing, fertile)
My mind is (calm, positive, powerful)
I love (myself, my partner, my body, my life)
AFFIRMATIONSMy body was made to carry and deliver a healthy baby
I am restoring my fertility and will conceive
I have confidence in my body
I carry seeds of life within my ovaries
My eggs are healthy, plentiful and happy to be released
My womb welcomes and nurtures the perfect embryo
I am worthy of conception
With each passing day, I get closer to conceiving and delivering my baby
This wait and this journey are temporary
I welcome and make room for new life
When I get my period, it means that my body is working.
My body knows exactly what it is doing
I am joyful, I am loved and I have a purpose, despite this chapter in my life
I am worthy of being pregnant
I let go of all stress and focus completely on getting pregnant
I make room in my life for a baby right now
I will treat myself with kindness, patience, and respect.
